The Financial Management module in the RACSystem provides an accurate, current assessment and risk evaluation of a client's actual IT assets and their financial value to the company. This includes the dollar value of the assets, risk assessment and dollar exposure to risk, pending inventory and asset history.
Track all actions which are performed and store them within the history section of each asset. Potential financial impact is provided with each transaction performed (removal of asset from inventory or maintenance).
RACS manages all financially impacted assets within the Credit Bank module.
Estimated dollar value calculations are automatically generated based on the manufacturers’ qualifications. The account team interacts with the manufacturers to ensure the proper assets and dollar values are being applied, and credits approved.
